Domestic shipments (within Japan) are handled by:

  • Yamato Transport

  • Sagawa Express

  • Mail Delivery (Yu-Mail or similar)

International shipments are handled by:

  • UPS

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • Other international couriers depending on destination and logistics availability

● Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total product weight and the destination.
Additional fees may apply for deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and all international destinations.

● Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Japan):

Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
If a delivery date is specified, we will arrange shipment to meet your requested date as closely as possible.

International Shipping:

For overseas orders, delivery typically takes:

Delivery time may vary due to customs inspections, weather, flight availability, or local courier conditions in the destination country.

● Important Notes for International Customers

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged depending on the destination country.
    These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot control delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

  • If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or refusal to receive,
    reshipping costs will be cha

● Important Notice Regarding Address Accuracy

We frequently encounter incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

  • If the address is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
    In that case, shipment will be delayed until we can confirm the correct address.

  • For reshipment, additional shipping fees may apply.
